the outside of the hotel looks like it hasn’t seen a paintbrush in decades, quite the eyesore really. also, the a/c was howling like a banshee all night, completely ruined my beauty sleep. i expected a welcome gift for my troubles but received nothing. i almost gave a good review, but really couldn’t in good conscience.

The bungalow-style accommodations offered incredible privacy and a lovely vintage Hollywood vibe that made our stay unforgettable. I adored how each room provided a personal parking space just outside the door, which made access super easy! Plus, the free bottled water given at check-out was such a thoughtful touch that contributed to an overall delightful experience.

The A/C unit produce a noticeable racket and street noise can seep in, detracting from the tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, there were significant issues with the coffee situation. you had to trek a ways to get it, and if you left early, you’d be out of luck. The restroom vent also couldn’t avoid a dusty buildup, which was a bit of an eyesore.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Efficient check-in with generous luggage assistance.

I really enjoyed the comfy Deluxe King room with a cozy atmosphere and a nice TV for relaxation. The small pool area was perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor seating gave a nice vibe for evening chats. Just a heads up, the parking garage is a bit tight, so plan accordingly! 🌟

The location is superb, with easy access to the metro that quickly takes us to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and connects us to the bus service for Griffith Observatory. The off-road parking adds great convenience, especially for bike riders like us. The hotel has a charming exterior and comfortable rooms, which enhance the overall experience! We also appreciated the friendly service from the manager and staff, who were always willing to assist and recommend local spots.

The only downside I noticed was that the breakfast area felt somewhat cramped during peak hours.

It was super close to Universal, just a short walk. The staff was friendly and really helpful, which made a big difference. The queen beds were cozy. One thing though, a coffee maker would’ve been nice—had to go out for coffee every morning. Overall, pretty great place to chill with the fam!
